Hailing from Agriculture Background, Completed his Engineering Degree passionate towards work commitment. Expertise in Construction Industry and Engineering Vertical over an twenty five years of experience with Work commitment, handled over hundreds of projects on various domain vertical and passionate towards technology up-gradation led him to be the founder of Konkan Infra & Engineering Pvt Ltd . A man of human being and down to earth led him with many awards and reward over the line.

Chandramohan's chairmanship, NTC Logistics India (P) Limited [Formerly Namakkal Transport Carriers (P) Limited] owns one of the largest fleets in the country and is a multi-national, multi-million business conglomerate in allied and diversified field of activities. Today, K. Chandramohan has embarked on a mission to add innovations, design customer-centric solutions and spread the wings across the globe to ensure that NTC Logistics India (P) Limited is one of the best end-to-end logistics solutions providers in the world.Widely known and esteemed philanthropist, K. Chandramohan has established “Palaniammal Kandasamy Charitable Trust” in memory of his mother. The trust is actively engaged in improving the lives of the less unfortunate and downtrodden. The trust lays emphasis on developing the driver community that is the keystone of the logistics industry. The establishment regularly organizes eye camps, driver training & counseling, and blood donation camps.

In 1997, he joined hands with K. Chandramohan and is the Joint Managing Director of the NTC Group. He currently heads the finance controlling activity that includes budgeting, treasury, accounting & auditing, compliances and insurance. With his excellent leadership qualities and rapport with bankers and financial institutions, Raajasundaram has been ably managing the finance requirements of NTC Group and has created a formidable reputation.

Present-day and gentle Raajasundaram holds a Masters in Business Administration from Madras University. Hailing from a family with business acumen particularly in the transportation industry, Raajasundaram has it all that takes to run the corporate finances.

Thillaiarasan is the Director of Operations & Special Projects and helms the fleet operations & special projects at the company’s state-of-the-art Chennai service centre. Today, NTC Logistics India (P) Limited has one of the best & largest ODC fleets in India. He has successfully led teams that designed and modified the fleets to operate effectively even in inhospitable terrains and inclement weather conditions.

N. Thillaiarasan, a BBA, is an avid automobile enthusiast. The interest and knowledge in the field of automobiles and transportation, made him gain insight particularly in the operation and maintenance of heavy ODC [over dimensional cargo] vehicles. He has carried out many innovations in the ODC operations and maintenance, till date.

S. Muthusamy, ventured very early into transportation business - his favorite pursuit. An entrepreneur since early days, he owned a small fleet. His interest in the transportation industry led him to associate with NTC Logistics India (P) Limited. His association with K. Chandramohan in the year 1997, helped the two to forge a synergy and build a robust enterprise.
